When delivering to a business address, the item is deemed to have been delivered when it has been signed for at the reception area of that business.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it. We accept no liability for late or failed delivery if the address you have entered is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for re-delivery.

    My product is faulty:

If you find that something you have bought is faulty when you receive it, please return it to us straight away. When you return the item, please include the completed Returns Form, marked with your order number and attaching a copy of your receipt.

Once we have investigated the fault and are satisfied that the item is faulty, we will either replace the item (subject to it still being available), or offer an alternative or a refund. Please follow the same procedure if something becomes faulty during its warranty period.

Depending on the fault, we will get it repaired or replaced under warranty. Goods must be returned to us clean and dry. If a fault develops out of warranty, please give us a call as we may be able to get hold of replacement parts, or get a repair done.

I have received the wrong thing:

If you find that you have received the wrong item (i.e. it is not the item that you ordered) you can return it in exchange for the correct item or a refund as long as the item is unused and still in a saleable condition (with original packaging and labels). Any DVDs, CDs or software that has its security seal or wrapper broken will not be refunded. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
