How to Make a Purchase
We have tried to ensure that making a purchase is simple and straight forward. The process is very similar to other online stores, but if you want to make sure, please read the steps below:
1. Once you have browsed or searched the site and found the item(s) you want to purchase, select the size, colour, quantity and click “Add to basket”
2. When you have finished selecting the items, you can start the checkout process
3. The checkout process takes you through 5 steps:

3.2 Confirm delivery information
3.3 Delivery & billing information summary
3.4 Enter payment details
3.5 Complete the order
4. Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Your card details are not stored by us so they will be requested each time you make a payment. We use a secure server and all transactions are encrypted, so you can be safe in the knowledge that your transactions are completely secure. Our website is certified by VeriSign.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo.
The address given must be where the card is registered. Please provide a landline telephone number in order that we can contact you if there are any problems with the card details provided. Card payments are processed by Sage Pay.
Despatch Times
For orders received by 2pm, it is our aim to despatch them that day.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to despatch your order the following day, we will contact you with an expected delivery date.
Delivery Prices/ Services
The shipping services we use are Royal Mail and Parcel Force. Delivery for Mainland UK items will be between 1-3 days. This may be slightly longer for non-Mainland, European and Worldwide destinations.
Standard delivery to Mainland UK is FREE all the time, no matter how much or how little you buy.
A next day delivery option is available for Mainland UK. For all delivery prices, please consult the table below.

Delivery Address
All of the delivery services that we use require a signature on delivery. Please provide an address where you will be able to sign for the item between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

We do our best to make sure we have everything in stock. However, occasionally we may not be able to supply a particular item. If this is the case, we will contact you to confirm how quickly we can get hold of it for you. You may then decide whether you would like to cancel your order or wait for the item.
