The Berghaus Bowscale 3 in 1 jacket has a GORE-TEX® Performance outer shell (95 g/sq m) for weather protection and an Advanced Thermals Micro fleece inner that provides vital insulation in freezing temperatures. Both the inner and outer can be used on their own according to where you are and what you’re doing.
It features a roll away hood with peak and volume adjuster, two zipped hand pockets on both the inner and outer shell, an internal security pocket, and a handy map pocket on the outer. An elasticated adjustable drawcord hem and bonded self-fabric cuffs with hook and loop closures enable you to fasten up and keep the wind and rain on the outside.
When conditions are cold but dry, take out the inner fleece lining and use it on its own, and when it’s wet and mild, use the waterproof and breathable outer shell. And of course, when you have a combination of cold and rain, you can zip the two together for optimum weather protection.
